The majority of new students are admitted in April for the following school year.  However, Saint James School will accept students in grades One through Eight throughout the year if the applicant meets the admission criteria and if space is available.

Open House --- Saint James School hosts its annual Open House in late February.  This is an excellent opportunity to meet our teachers, visit the school and learn about the many programs we offer.  To be placed on the Open House mailing list, contact our school secretary, Bev Juhnke, at (530) 756-3946 or bjuhnke@sjsdavis.com.

February/March --- Saint James School begins to accept applications for the following school year in late February or early March.  Contact our school secretary, Bev Juhnke, at bjuhnke@sjsdavis.com or (530)756-3946 for the exact date or to request an application.

March/April --- All students applying for admission to Saint James School are tested to verify appropriate grade placement.

April --- The school makes every effort to notify prospective students of the status of their acceptance by late April.

April/July --- Saint James School continues to accept applications from interested candidates for grades that still have openings for the Fall.
